Reason for the revision

In addition to consolidated results for the first quarter exceeding the initial assumptions, favorable business conditions are expected to continue from the second quarter onward, particularly in the growth businesses, with earnings projected to remain firm. In the Energy and Infrastructure business, strong demand in Japan's power infrastructure sector and the effects of investment to increase SICONEX® production are expected to contribute. In the Communications and Components business, demand for e-Ribbon® for AI data centers in the United States and orders for probe pins, including demand from China, are expected to remain strong.
