(TAP) on 23 May 2023 for the processing of aluminum dross, based on a resolution of its Board of Directors dated 30 March 2023, and established Kentucky Aluminum Processors, LLC.」
TAA and TAP established a joint venture, with each investing 50%, to process aluminum dross into recycled aluminum ingots, securing processing capacity in the United States. The initial capital and other funding totaled US$41.6 million, of which TAA’s acquisition cost was US$20.8 million.
