「Under this agreement, the Company jointly operates cram schools in the education business with 東理ホールディングス under the WIN trademark. If the education business generated a profit in any fiscal year from 1 October 2012 through 31 March 2017, the Company paid 東理ホールディングス a specified percentage of the profit as an operating fee. If a loss arose, the parties each bore 50% of the loss for the period from 1 October 2012 through 31 March 2013, while 東理ホールディングス bore 100% of the loss for each fiscal year from 1 April 2013 through 31 March 2017. The agreement stipulates that 東理ホールディングス' share of any loss is capped at ¥30 million.」
