「The Group held 100% of SMM-SG Holding Inversiones Limitada and 100% of SMM Holland B.V., both consolidated subsidiaries in the resources segment. At a board meeting held on 13 October 2021, we resolved to sell all of these interests to South32 Limited of Australia and entered into an interest transfer agreement with South32 Limited on 14 October 2021. Completion was scheduled for March 2022, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions and receipt of the necessary approvals.」
