First quarter1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026ConsolidatedJapanese GAAPThe width of the band at each stage is based on revenue. The narrower it becomes toward the bottom, the smaller the proportion of revenue that remains as profit. The dotted outline is the full-year forecast and the band inside it is the result for this period. The progress rate is the result divided by the forecast.
塗りつぶした部分が自己資本比率です。総資産のうち、返済のいらない自前の資金がどれだけかを表します。The thin vertical line indicates the level at the end of the previous fiscal year.
Net sales increased mainly because of higher metal prices in the smelting business. On the earnings side, the impact of residual work and restructuring costs related to the reorganization and withdrawal from unprofitable businesses was substantially reduced. However, lower silver production and a ¥1.4 billion inventory valuation loss weighed on earnings in the smelting business, while the bottom-line result turned profitable due to the impact of tax-effect accounting related to deferred hedge gains and losses, among other factors.
Although the Company recognizes that circumstances exist that may raise significant doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, it has determined that there are no material concerns regarding liquidity and no material uncertainty. There are no applicable matters to report in the notes to the quarterly consolidated financial statements.
