The provision was stated as “Article 26 of the Cabinet Office Order concerning Item 3(a) through (i) and (n), Item 4, and Item 5,” and included a paragraph concerning the Japan Fair Trade Commission’s procedures under Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Antimonopoly Act.
The provision is stated as “Article 26 of the Cabinet Office Order concerning Item 3(a) through (i) and (n) and Item 5,” and the paragraph concerning the Japan Fair Trade Commission’s procedures under Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Antimonopoly Act has been deleted.
This correction does not change the terms and conditions of the tender offer or other matters as defined in Article 27-3, paragraph 2, item 1 of the Act.
The tender offeror received from the Japan Fair Trade Commission on 3 June 2026 the “Notice Stating That No Cease-and-Desist Order Will Be Issued” dated 2 June 2026 and the “Notice of Shortening of the Prohibition Period” dated 2 June 2026.
