「当社は、本持株会の会員資格のある従業員のうち、本スキームに同意する者（以下、「対象従業員」といいます。）に対し、当社が処分する自己株式（以下、「当社株式」といいます。）の保有を通じて、経営参画意識の高揚を図るとともに、当社の中長期的な株主価値に対するモチベーションを向上させ、また、福利厚生施策として、従業員の資産形成の一助になることを目的として、対象従業員に対し当社株式の割当てのための特別奨励金（以下、「本特別奨励金」といいます。）を支給し、本特別奨励金の拠出をもって本持株会に当社株式を割り当てる本スキームの内容を決議し、2023年９月28日開催の当社取締役会において、自己株式163,100株（約4億6,842万円相当）を本持株会へ処分することを決議しました。」
