「Bringing 創研情報株式会社 into the group will fundamentally strengthen the delivery structure for the large-scale AX projects being promoted by the company. The company will establish a structure capable of handling everything in-house within the group, from planning and designing AI systems through production deployment and continuous improvement.」

Following the acquisition in May 2026, the company has brought into the group personnel from 創研情報 with expertise in systems development and business implementation, and newly set out the construction of an AX delivery structure covering everything from AI model development and integration with existing systems to operational improvements. 創研情報 has 80 employees, including approximately 10 project managers and approximately 60 engineers responsible for on-site business systems.
