The Company disclosed for the first time the approval of its secondary listing on the Main Market of the Nagoya Stock Exchange, together with its expectations that greater engagement with individual investors and increased awareness in the Chubu region would help secure personnel, support sustainable growth and expand the business. The scheduled listing date is 14 October 2026.
