「In April 2023, we divided our Group's business units into the Refractories Sector, Insulation Materials Sector, Ceramics Sector, renamed the Advanced Equipment Sector in April 2024, and Engineering Sector. We then reformed and strengthened our group management structure by establishing a Corporate Headquarters to support the activities of each sector and group-wide common departments. Each sector is pursuing autonomous initiatives with responsibility for its business profitability and growth. At the Group-wide level, we will promote cooperation among sectors and consider the effective allocation of management resources through the newly established Group Management Strategy Meeting.」
