A new management structure following the change in president effective 1 April 2026. Head-office functions have been divided into strategic and execution functions, with the strategic functions consolidated under the Global Strategy Headquarters and the execution functions under the Business Operations Headquarters. The Board of Directors has approved a change to the structure of the Sustainability Committee, adding 2 outside directors, external experts, and 2 representative directors from fiscal 2026.
