「During the second-quarter consolidated accounting period, the Company acquired shares of 株式会社セイブ, which operates a real estate business, and its subsidiary 株式会社スマイルハウス. As the companies became subsidiaries, they have been included in the scope of consolidation. 31 December 2016 was used as the deemed acquisition date, and their statements of income have been consolidated from the third-quarter consolidated accounting period.」
