The capital and business alliance was approved on 11 September 2026, and payment was completed on 28 September for 2,136,700 common shares issued through a third-party allotment, with total proceeds of ¥249,993,900. The parties will consider expanding Linkers TX’s functionality and sales, collaborating with the SBI Group’s network, and collaborating with LFB and regional financial institutions and companies.
