The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The company said it strengthened its customer success organization, expanded the recruitment of sales personnel, enhanced the functionality of its existing matching platform and made strategic investments in the development of new products. In the research business, while the commoditization of services through generative AI and other trends continued, the company worked to shift toward field-sales support and customized research. The company considers the direct impact on earnings from the arrest and resignation of its representative director and president to have been limited.
