Items this document does not state (8)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the fiscal year ended April 2026, revenue increased due to additional and modified construction work and progress on projects on hand, while profitability improved through selective order acceptance, passing on higher costs and cost reductions, all of which contributed to higher profit. For the fiscal year ending April 2027, construction progress is expected to decline because orders for the fiscal year ended April 2026 were concentrated in the fourth quarter and large-scale projects require time to commence. The main reasons for the expected shortfall against the medium-term management plan are construction cost inflation and tighter labor supply and demand conditions, both of which were more severe than anticipated due to factors including the international situation.
