The location of the head office in Article 2 of the Articles of Incorporation will be changed from Ota-ku, Tokyo to Yokohama, Kanagawa, and Yokohama, Kanagawa, will be added to the locations where general meetings of shareholders may be held under Article 13. As a supplementary provision, transitional measures will be established stipulating that the effective date of the change in the head office location will be the date of relocation of the head office determined by a meeting of the Board of Directors held during fiscal 2026.
