The Company will reorganize the Overseas Sales Promotion Department and other organizational units effective 1 October 2026, and change the responsibilities and positions of 4 people, including executive officers, effective 1 October 2026 and 1 November 2026. There will be no changes to the directors or president.
To strengthen overseas export sales, the Company will focus on handling ordinary business negotiations, shipments, in-store promotions and subsequent follow-up on an integrated basis. It aims to accelerate supply to priority markets and improve the speed of global production and procurement research. The Company will establish a quality assurance framework that works closely with product development.
The Overseas Sales Promotion Department I and Overseas Sales Promotion Department II will be reorganized and integrated into the Overseas Sales Promotion Department. The Overseas Marketing Office and Operations Promotion Section will be placed under the Overseas Sales Promotion Department, and a new Overseas Sales Promotion Section will be established. The functions of the Overseas Research Section will be changed from the Global Research Department to the Global Overseas Production Department, and the Overseas Research Section within the Global Research Department will be dissolved. A Quality Assurance Section will be newly established within the Global Research Department.
