「In Japan, a marketing license is required to manufacture and market quasi-drugs and cosmetics, and the Company has obtained the required license. These licenses must be renewed every 5 years. However, renewal may be denied or the license may be revoked in the event of a violation of laws or regulations. The use of manufacturing equipment may also be prohibited if it fails to conform to standards prescribed by ordinances of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or other applicable requirements.」
