The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Revenue increased mainly because the results of newly consolidated subsidiaries, including ビート and エントリー, were incorporated, and existing services in the short-term work support business grew. Operating income declined due to lower income from the Other business, among other factors. Ordinary income declined due to the decrease in operating income, as well as the recognition of rent and other costs for the new Roppongi office before the relocation as non-operating losses. Net income increased mainly because a ¥285 million gain on the sale of fixed assets was recognized in connection with the sale of land and buildings held by a subsidiary.
