「For shares held, we assess the issuing company's operating condition each quarter, evaluate its prospects and relevance to our business, and comprehensively review the medium- to long-term economic rationale for holding the shares. We seek to assess the risks and returns of holding them as specifically as possible, using indicators including the cost of capital. For shares that are not intended to be held continuously, we also review the timing, price and method of sale on an individual basis.」
For cross-shareholdings, the policy was made more specific by adding risk-return assessments using factors including the cost of capital, as well as reviews of the timing, price and method of selling shares that are not to be held continuously, to the quarterly review process. - FY2019First statedAnnual report
