The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.The Company works with its accounting auditor, obtains information from disclosure support firms and other sources, attends seminars, and subscribes to specialist publications in order to keep abreast of the details of and changes to accounting standards and other relevant matters in a timely and appropriate manner and respond accurately. The Company will continue to consider membership, but has no plans to join at this stage.
