A share-granting ESOP trust was introduced for Group managers who meet certain requirements. The trust period will run from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2029, during which 61,400 treasury shares with a total value of ¥147 million will be disposed of to the trust account. The measure, presented for the first time, is intended to encourage employees' medium- to long-term participation in management and share value with shareholders through the granting of points based on the achievement of Vision 2029 performance targets.
