「Beginning in fiscal 2025, the company raised the mandatory retirement age for regular employees to 65 and began operating a mandatory retirement system at age 65. Employees aged 60 or older currently number 30, or 5.8% of the total, and many senior employees are active, leveraging their extensive experience and high level of expertise. Since approximately 60 employees will reach age 60 over the next 5 years, the company will improve their employment terms when it introduces a new personnel system scheduled for July 2026, enabling them to continue working with greater vitality and motivation after age 60.」
