「During the current consolidated fiscal year, the company adopted a new policy of reorganizing its business sites to improve profitability. After obtaining and analyzing new information, including future relocation and closure plans and recent move-out records, it estimated the expected useful lives of leased assets at 30 to 41 years and changed its estimate of their expected useful lives. The resulting increase of ¥546.864 million was added to the balance of asset retirement obligations before the change.」
