Reason for the revision

Strong enrollment at existing schools and the 3 new schools opened for the summer has continued, while applications from new and general students for the summer courses substantially exceeded the plan, approaching 5,000. Raw material, labor and other costs are expected to exceed the initial budget, while advertising, sales promotion, telecommunications and other expenses are expected to come in below plan. For the full fiscal year, the company reviewed its student enrollment budget, variable costs, employee bonuses, and facility-related expenses for school properties in light of trends in new inquiries and enrollment and the expected impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For the full fiscal year, the company also reviewed its student enrollment budget, variable costs, bonuses, and facility-related expenses for school properties.
