The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The reasons for the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are to clarify that administrative work relating to the shareholder register and other matters will be entrusted to the shareholder registry administrator, and to enable decisions on dividends of surplus and other matters to be made by the General Meeting of Shareholders as well as the Board of Directors. The number of directors will be increased to support sustainable growth, enhance corporate value and strengthen group management. The election of an additional director serving as an Audit and Supervisory Committee member is intended to strengthen the audit structure.
