The Company regards the return of profits to shareholders as a key management priority. Its basic policy is to maintain a strong shareholder equity base and sustainable long-term earnings power, while maintaining an appropriate level of profit distribution supported by its business performance. In addition, recognizing that the Company's intrinsic corporate value has not necessarily been sufficiently reflected in its recent share price, the Company believes that repurchasing treasury shares, while taking share price trends and the impact on management into consideration, is an important option under its shareholder return policy. Based on these policies, the Company will repurchase treasury shares and, pursuant to this resolution, cancel the treasury shares acquired and held in connection with this repurchase, thereby improving capital efficiency.
