The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. On 11 March 2026, the Company received an inquiry from a business partner regarding the status of debt payments. An internal investigation subsequently raised suspicions that the subsidiary’s directors had engaged in improper transactions, falsified and concealed documents, and concealed missing inventory. The Company determined that it would be difficult to ascertain the full picture through an internal investigation alone.
