The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.To clarify the linkage between directors’ compensation and the Company’s performance and share value, share with shareholders the benefits and risks arising from share price movements, and increase awareness of improving performance and enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term. In addition, transfer restrictions will be imposed on the shares delivered until the recipient retires, providing an incentive for the sustained enhancement of corporate value.
