First quarter1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026ConsolidatedJapanese GAAPThe width of the band at each stage is based on revenue. The narrower it becomes toward the bottom, the smaller the proportion of revenue that remains as profit. The dotted outline is the full-year forecast and the band inside it is the result for this period. The progress rate is the result divided by the forecast.
塗りつぶした部分が自己資本比率です。総資産のうち、返済のいらない自前の資金がどれだけかを表します。The thin vertical line indicates the level at the end of the previous fiscal year.
Although upward cost pressures continued due to persistently high raw material prices and other factors, improved marginal profit from price revisions contributed to earnings. Net sales increased due to higher shipments and more projects involving electrical equipment and component manufacturers, metal products, demand to secure inventory, new projects, export projects and roadbed stabilizers, among other areas. This was partly offset by a decline in construction sales due to delays in completing construction projects caused by restrictions on the supply of construction materials and other factors.
A description of events and conditions is included. Although conditions exist that raise significant doubt about the going-concern assumption, including losses attributable to owners of the parent for 5 consecutive fiscal years, a high level of outstanding borrowings and the possibility of compensation expenses arising from improper conduct, it was determined that no material uncertainty regarding the going-concern assumption exists. There are no applicable matters to disclose in the notes regarding the going-concern assumption.
