The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The reduction in capital and disposition of other capital surplus are intended to cover the deficit and secure flexibility and agility in future capital policies. The stock options are intended to increase motivation and morale toward improving performance and enhancing corporate value. The restricted stock-based compensation is intended to provide incentives for the sustained enhancement of corporate value and promote the sharing of value with shareholders. The change in accounting auditor was made because, after comprehensively considering the firm's size, quality control, professional ethics, independence, audit structure and audit fees, the new audit firm was deemed suitable.
