Matsumoto Shigatoshi (松本 茂外志), Ebinuma Eiji (海老沼 英次), Watanabe Kiyoshi (渡部 潔), Imabeppu Toshio (今別府 敏雄) and Shibo Hiroshi (賜保 宏) are scheduled to retire upon expiry of their terms at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on 24 March 2026. Nomura Hiroshi (野村 博), Mizutani Eiji (水谷 英滋) and Ichinozawa Tsuyoshi (市野澤 剛士) are scheduled to be newly appointed as outside directors, and Nomura Hiroshi (野村 博) will be additionally designated as an independent officer.
