To maximize corporate value by concentrating management resources on contract testing services using the Company’s own ELISA kits amid continued cost increases due to higher labor expenses and rising prices.

Company response
New orders for “LipoSEARCH®,” “LipoTEST” and “LipoCULTURE” will no longer be accepted from 1 April 2027. Testing will be performed for orders received through 31 March 2027, and the services are scheduled to be discontinued in succession once testing is completed.
Testing will be performed for orders received through 31 March 2027, new orders will no longer be accepted from 1 April 2027, and the services are scheduled to be discontinued in succession once testing is completed. Contract testing services for lifestyle-related disease biomarkers and contract in vitro testing services using PXB-cells LA will continue to be provided after 31 March 2027.
