「Based on its medium-term management policy, “FUSO Vision 2030 Next Stage,” the Company will conduct its business in accordance with the following 5 basic policies. Research and development: In addition to further developing dialysis agents, create innovative new drugs and products that address unmet medical needs in the kidney and urology fields and in fertility treatment, including the treatment for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), “DMX-200,” and novel embryo culture media, thereby contributing to improvements in patients’ quality of life. Production: Strengthen quality control and the stable supply system and improve production efficiency by reorganizing production sites through the construction of the Okayama No. 2 Plant and the transfer of functions from the Daito Plant, as well as by upgrading aging equipment. The Company will also establish a new Supply Chain Management (SCM) division to oversee these functions. Sales and marketing: Drawing on its many years of experience, establish the Company’s presence in dialysis and the kidney and urology fields, while expanding its range of basic pharmaceuticals and improving logistics efficiency. Management structure: Accelerate company-wide digital transformation centered on the implementation of a new core system (ERP), thereby speeding up management decision-making and improving operational efficiency and competitiveness. Human capital and sustainability: Recruit and develop the talent needed to support future growth and implement measures to improve employee engagement, while advancing initiatives to address identified material issues.」

The medium-term management policy announced in August 2025 established 5 areas as basic policies: research and development, production, sales and marketing, management, and human capital and sustainability.
