Sustainability Promotion Structure Led by the Sustainability Committee

「After formulating and deciding on the basic sustainability policy, strategies and plans, the Sustainability Committee will establish specialized subcommittees addressing the Company's identified material issues, including environmental issues such as climate change and biodiversity, social issues such as human rights and working conditions, and matters relating to human capital such as the promotion of diversity, and will manage and advance the progress of related activities.」

「To further strengthen this sustainability promotion framework, the Company established the Sustainability Committee in April 2023 as a voluntary body under the supervision of the Board of Directors, chaired by Director and General Manager of Corporate Planning Toda Mikihiro (戸田 幹洋).
