Change in the sales and distribution model for “FlexSim”
Integration of the sales strategies of FlexSim and Autodesk following Autodesk’s acquisition of FlexSim, as part of Autodesk’s global sales strategy
Because the revenue recognition method for “FlexSim” license sales will change, reported revenue is expected to decrease compared with the previous transaction structure. We recognize that the impact of this change in the sales and distribution model on revenue will be relatively limited. The impact on the consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is currently under review, and will be disclosed promptly once determined.
