The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue increased in cloud services and support, but declined in implementation support and package products. The main factors behind the decline in profit were one-time outsourcing costs incurred to improve operations using partner companies, and higher communications expenses, including AWS costs, due to an increase in cloud users and the weaker yen.
