Revised forecast
Fiscal year ending December 2026 · Full yearThe bar length represents the relative magnitude of change, based on the item that changed the most in this document. The percentage change shown by the dotted line is calculated from the two reported figures because the company did not provide the rate.
Orders for BRO-ROOM and BRO-WALL have remained strong, and sales partners have accumulated proposal expertise while new projects have been generated through web marketing initiatives. As a result, net sales and operating income are expected to exceed the initial forecasts. Non-operating expenses associated with the securitization of receivables vary depending on the timing and scale of implementation, making a reasonable calculation difficult; therefore, the forecasts for ordinary income and net income remain unchanged from the previous forecasts. The forecasts for each level of consolidated profit remain undetermined because the purchase price allocation related to the business combination has not been completed, making it difficult to reasonably calculate the impact.

The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the non-consolidated results, orders for the interior renovation service “BRO-ROOM” and large-scale repair construction service “BRO-WALL” have remained strong. As sales partners have accumulated proposal expertise and new projects have been generated through web marketing initiatives, net sales and operating income are expected to exceed the previous forecasts. Meanwhile, the forecasts for ordinary income and net income remain unchanged because it is difficult to calculate non-operating expenses associated with the securitization of receivables. For the consolidated results, although the company is now able to reflect the consolidated subsidiary’s net sales, the purchase price allocation related to the business combination has not been completed, and the forecast for each level of profit remains undetermined.
