The Board of Directors resolved to establish the special investigation committee at its meeting held on 31 July 2026. The committee members are Ito Yusuke (伊東 祐介), attorney-at-law, ZeLo Law Firm; to be selected (certified public accountant); and Takada Tsuyoshi (高田 剛), attorney-at-law, 和田倉門法律事務所. The chair will be selected by mutual election among all committee members.
The impact of this matter on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending December 2026 is currently under review. The investigation report is expected to take approximately one month, and will be disclosed promptly upon receipt.
