The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The main drivers of higher revenue were solid performance in Mobile Create's taxi dispatch and payment businesses and bus-related services. Operating profit exceeded the year-earlier period due to increased gross profit at Mobile Create and REALIZE, lower gross profit at KTS and other businesses, and lower SG&A expenses. At REALIZE, the postponement of automotive-related capital investment in response to the situation in the Middle East affected the timing of orders for some equipment projects.
