「当社は、2023年５月15日開催の取締役会において、当社を株式交換完全親会社とし、当社の連結子会社である株式会社Zaimを株式交換完全子会社とする株式交換（以下「本株式交換」といいます。）を行うことを決議し、2023年７月１日付で実施いたしました。また、本株式交換後、Zaimを存続会社として当社グループのサービス開発支援会社である株式会社Da Vinci Studioを吸収合併し、合併後の商号を株式会社くふうAIスタジオといたしました。」

「As part of the organizational restructuring, the Company will make its consolidated subsidiary Zaim, which operates the consumer household-accounting app “Zaim” with more than 10 million downloads, a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange. After the share exchange, Zaim will absorb Da Vinci Studio, the Group’s service-development support company, and the post-merger company will be named Kufu AI Studio. Under the new structure, the Group will jointly develop services using AI to provide recommendations tailored to each user.」
