Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

In the Everyday Life business, results benefited from the effects of structural reforms through business consolidation and cost reductions, as well as the accumulation of subscription-based stores. In the Life Events business, the expansion of service areas and optimization of operations in the housing consultation business, together with the rollout of services in the wedding business, contributed to results. In the Investment and Incubation business, the consolidation of アトリエはるか contributed to results. On the other hand, in the in-house construction and other businesses, the number of completed projects was relatively low due to longer construction periods and other factors, while profit in the Investment and Incubation business fell below the same period of the previous year because of the reaction to large projects recorded in the same period of the previous year.
