Reason for the revision

The semiconductor industry continued to operate at high levels amid strong demand, particularly for generative AI applications, and shipments of our products to the Chinese and Taiwanese semiconductor markets exceeded initial expectations against the backdrop of capital investment by semiconductor manufacturers. In addition, memory production in South Korea remained strong, and equity-method investment income from affiliate SK Tri Chem Co., Ltd. also exceeded initial expectations. The full-year forecasts have therefore been revised based on the outlook that these business conditions will continue for the time being and on progress through the interim period.
