The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Representative Director and President expressed a desire to acquire the Company’s shares using personal funds. The disposal is intended to align interests with shareholders and strengthen his commitment to sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value over the medium to long term. The Company also determined that expanding his shareholding would contribute to sustainable growth and stronger corporate governance, and will therefore dispose of treasury shares by way of a third-party allotment rather than through market purchases.
