Company response
Improving earnings capacity: commercializing the new customer-attraction model “ただチケ” using digital tickets; expanding investment in services related to transportation IC cards (transit manager) and the development of private railway applications; securing system development projects for local governments and railway operators; expanding into fields such as IoT and local 5G; expanding sales of wireless systems; and pursuing new fields such as the おうちモニタ and TNT services. Stabilizing the financial base: strengthening the financial structure, stabilizing cash management, and securing business funds as necessary.
From the second quarter onward, the Company will work to monetize ただチケ and おうちモニタ, expand sales of various wireless systems, continue the MMS, TNT and こんぷりん businesses, secure orders for projects related to maintenance and inspection services for Ibaraki Prefecture's disaster information distribution system, and roll out these initiatives to other local governments. The transfer of shares in MMSマーケティング is scheduled to be completed on 31 August 2026, on which date it will become an equity-method affiliate. B-TORA ENTERTAINMENT株式会社 is scheduled to be established in September 2026.
If progress on these initiatives or external conditions diverges materially from the earnings forecast and a revision becomes necessary, the Company will make a timely disclosure.

These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Net sales fell below the year-earlier level, weighed down by the failure to secure large-scale new system development projects and by the O2O2O and MMS businesses failing to grow to their planned scale. Meanwhile, the operating loss, ordinary loss and net loss attributable to owners of the parent narrowed from the year-earlier period because costs, selling, general and administrative expenses declined. Reasons given for the difficult full-year outlook include the exclusion of MMSマーケティング from the Company's consolidated subsidiaries and a temporary increase in selling, general and administrative expenses associated with the delisting, among other factors.
