The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Product-related orders, centered on products from Check Point and Menlo, remained solid, and the Company won large projects, including high-end models for large-scale networks. The cost burden was also contained through personnel cost optimization following a review of the staffing structure and lower depreciation expenses resulting from impairment losses recognized at the end of the previous fiscal year. For the next fiscal year, the Company expects investments to transition toward a stock-based business model, promotions involving the use of AI and new products, and investment in highly skilled personnel, as well as the impact of foreign exchange movements and rising prices and higher costs.
