The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

In the HR business, a large ongoing contract was not renewed because the customer changed the areas subject to measurement, while the timing of orders for several projects shifted to the second half of the fiscal year. In the Education business, subsidies from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry ended in the previous fiscal year. In the Global Platform business, Signals and the India GCC and global talent-related businesses were in the start-up and project development stages. The Company also continued investing in research and development, marketing, human resources strategy, and new business development.
