Items this document does not state (14)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Higher labor and personnel costs resulting from an increase in the number of engineers and wage increases, higher costs associated with non-billable engineers and additional personnel in indirect departments, higher media and referral fees due to increased recruitment, and higher miscellaneous expenses associated with office expansion and the increase in personnel all contributed to the decline in operating profit. Revenue was affected by a lower utilization rate resulting from the shift of personnel to the specialized AI department and delays in reallocating resources following the completion of projects.
