「EY ShinNihon Limited Liability Audit Corporation, our independent auditor, will reach the end of its term upon the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 26 June 2020. The Audit and Supervisory Committee had previously compared and considered other audit firms in terms of audit arrangements appropriate for our business scale and the level of audit fees. In light of the fact that the current auditor has served for an extended period, including the period before our listing, and in view of the revision of audit fees, the Company has decided to appoint 清友監査法人 as its new independent auditor.」
