The Articles of Incorporation will expressly provide that the shareholders meeting may elect alternate Audit and Supervisory Committee Members in preparation for a vacancy among the Audit and Supervisory Committee Members, with the validity of the election lasting until the start of the ordinary shareholders meeting relating to the fiscal year ending within 2 years after the election.
